Yamaha FZR1000 ExupRegistered 25/09/198912 Months MOT.18,500 miles.I purchased this bike over a year ago and commenced a full comprehensive service and including; Callipers re-furbished front and rear including replacement seals pads and brake fluid.Clutch fluid changed.Replaced front and rear tyres.Front forks stripped cleaned and rebuilt with new seals and oil.Engine oil and filter replaced, air filter checked and cleaned.Spark plugs checked and gapped.Fuel line replaced.Carbs balanced.Exup valve stripped cleaned lubricated and checked for operation.New battery.I have only covered 400 miles since the work was completed.The bike runs and rides very well and although I have no history I do believe the mileage to be genuine. The inside of the engine is spotlessly clean (I removed the clutch cover to paint the cases) meaning regular oil changes. The frame and engine number match as you would expect from Yamaha.Looking at the MOT history the bike has only done 2500 miles in the last 15 years.Although the bike is very fast for its age and fun to ride, the riding position is no good for me now and causes me back and arm ache so rather than not getting used it is time for someone else to take ownership of the old girl.Please note the bike is for sale for a friend so is a private sale but debit cards can still be used, see website www.handyvehiclesales.co.uk, Give us a ring and we'll video call you whilst stood with the bike and view it live
